Programme objectives

The objectives are to develop and expand the knowledge and capabilities of business ICT advisers by:

Providing high quality training materials
Encourage self development
Promote an e-learning environment
Provide the ICT Business tool kit of skills

Supported by the University of Glamorgan, we will be providing interactive tasks and case studies and have an on line glossary of terms and resources.

The Knowledge Resource

The online learning modules
will be available for all Objective 1 Candidates – and should be coming online over the next 6 months.

They will be directly linked to TMB.
For example, the team is currently developing resources for section A: ICT Knowledge and Orientation.

Once complete, the e-learning tool will be able to –

Identify key hardware and software components of common ICT systems and equipment
Evaluate a range of ICT applications against the needs of small business
Illustrate the benefits and implications of an ICT intervention

As soon as further information, and indeed the first on line modules are accessible, we will update all @TEB Candidates and accredited Advisers.
